Hi again!
I've always been into reading, and when I was young I'd be sad I had to go to bed or go to school because I wanted to continue reading. I've lost my love for reading a bit in the past years, because I have less time and because I got addicted to my phone, but there's some readings that made me fall in love with this hobby again and got me out of my reading lump. So I thought I'd share with you! Who knows, maybe it'll even help you.
1. The Ballad Of Songbirds and Snakes

I've already read this book when it came out, but with the movie approaching I thought I'd read it again, and OH MY GOD, I forgot how good it was. The Hunger Games are my favorite books ever, they're really everything I could look for in a book, and the prequel does not disappoint. I find the Peacekeeper to be a bit long, but it's all worth it for the end. A must read for all Hunger Games fans. I can't wait to watch the movie!

2. Violet Bent Backwards Over The Grass

I absolutely adore poetry. I write poetry, I read poetry, I breathe poetry, I live poetry. There's just something with the way that a single sentence can hold so many meanings, and the art of making words look and sound pretty. I just love poetry so much. And i love Lana Del Rey, so of course I had to read her poetry book. I waited too long to get it, but I'm glad I finally got it.
3. The Hardy Bunch

This is an ongoing book written by my best friend! It can seem a bit weird at first, but it's really such a silly book, it's funny, it's sentimental, it's fun. It follows Hardy's (A country singer) and Taylor Swift's children (not in a creepy way, it's just two artists my friend loves), who are actually the writer's friend group. It's so cute and it's really worth reading. It's my way of getting out of this world and into another one, and to distract myself.

4. Never ever getting back together

This book first got my attention because of its Taylor Swift coded title. So I decided to read the synopsis and give it a go. And I absolutely loved it! My way of describing it would be that it's like The Selection, but two of the contestants realize the guy's an absolute asshole and decide to get revenge. There's also a little surprise, but I won't tell you to not spoil the book! But I'm telling you, it's one of my favorite books now.

5. A good girl's guide to murder

Okay, I know that it's a really basic recommendation, but I truly loved it. It's been trending on Tiktok for a while now, but I finally decided to buy it and see for myself because the reviews were not agreeing on a consessus, and I LOVED it. I've never really been a fan of mystery/murder novels, but this one was insane. It was like I was feeling what the main character was feeling at the same time, just by reading it. So, I know the feelings on the book are mixed, but from a bookworm, I'm telling it's worth giving it a try.
So there you go! I just want to state that this post it not sponsored and I'm not getting any money if you read those books. If you do, though, I'd love to hear you thoughts! Anyway, I hope I caught your attention and that you will check out at least one of those. Happy reading!
With Love,
Kind But Clever xxx
