Happy moment of the day 4, December 14 2022

Hello again :)! Sooo today's moment of the day is a shopping moment and my therapist says that I shouldn't get hapiness in shopping, so I will have another happy moment of the day, but I still want to share the shopping one:)

So my shopping one is that, remember the paint by stickers dino book I bought? I bought 4 other ones on Amazon :) A space one, a rainbow one, a dogs one, and of course, a cat one. I also bought a sunrise lamp, like that Samsung one but cheaper. I have the worst time waking up and falling asleep so I really hope it's help me!! I might do a review of it here and if not I'll def update you all on it! And then I bought 2 toys for my dog, one that is like a tennis ball but with something attached to it, and the other one a giant ball that makes noise when it moves. Finally, I bought one of those moving fish cat toys for my cat :) He usually never plays with toys, but recently he's been playing more since we put them in his little house box.

Then, the second happy moment of the day that wasn't shopping. Let me think about it for a bit for a sec. Today was actually so so very hard, and I can't really think of a happy moment because I,ve been very down all day. So I'm just gonna say what I'm doing right now, but first it needs a little background explanation. Each year, my mom watches like 54385094850934 christmas movies, especiallt rom coms, and she does that like all day everyday. So this uear, in the spirit of getting some christmas cheer, I decided to watch them with her (or some. she watches so much of them I can't watch them all) and so I'm watching one right now with her. I'm doing the dinos paint by stickers book at the same time and I like this activity. So yeah, I think this is my happy moment of the day.

Anyway. I'm sorry for this kinda depressive post but I'm just not good right now. Hopefully tomorrow is filled with a better happy moment to share with you :) Love you all xxx
